Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Kenya has been named 2026 Top Employer by the Top Employers Institute (TEI), joining six other CCBA markets in earning the distinction. The company also secured regional-level certification for Africa.
This is the first time CCBA’s operations in Kenya, Botswana, and Mozambique have been certified, while Ethiopia, South Africa, Tanzania, and Uganda continue to hold country-level recognition. All certified countries improved their HR performance compared to last year.
The Top Employers Institute assesses organizations based on human resources best practices, covering people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
